　　 In order to improve the ability of our employees to deal with emergency rescue, our QHSE department organized a safety month training on the afternoon of 23rd. All employees participated in this training exercise. The purpose of this training is to let employees have a more thorough understanding of safety knowledge。

　　Dong Jiming, manager of QHSE department of our company, explained the operation methods and precautions of cardiopulmonary resuscitation emergency drill to us. In addition, he carried out a special training on the use method of positive pressure air respirator and explained in detail the preparation that should be made before the use of air respirator and the wearing method of air respirator。

　　In the drill, Manager Dong explained the correct practice of first aid cardiopulmonary resuscitation in detail for the staff and conducted on-site demonstration and drill with a human model。The contents include: judging the safety of the surrounding environment, checking the patient's consciousness, calling for help, judging pulse breathing and positioning, external chest cardiac compression, removing foreign bodies in the respiratory tract, opening the airway, artificial respiration, etc。

　　In order to strengthen the on-site staff's ability to master the essentials of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, we interacted with the staff and actively cooperated with the demonstration, conducted practical exercises on cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and taught the staff the cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques and precautions。The whole drill operation is standardized, serious, unity and cooperation, and the drill has achieved good results。

　　In addition, in order to enhance the safety awareness of employees, the paper explains in detail the preparation and wearing method of the air breathing apparatus before use, and emphasizes the importance of checking the air tightness of the air breathing apparatus when an accident occurs。

　　Check before use:
　　1. Check whether the components of the air breathing apparatus are complete and without defects, and whether the joints, pipelines and valve bodies are connected in good condition。
　　2. Check the air tightness and pressure of the air supply system of the air breathing apparatus。
　　3. Close the bypass valve and the gas supply valve of the air supply valve, then open the bottle valve switch, wear the full cover correctly on the head and take a deep breath, and the valve of the air supply valve should be able to automatically open and supply gas。
　　4. Check whether the gas cylinder is fixed firmly。

　　Wear method:
　　1. Disconnect the air breathing apparatus of the quick connector, and put the bottle valve down on the back of the human body;For an air breathing apparatus without a quick connection, separate the full cover from the air supply valve and place the bottle valve on the back of the human body;Adjust the length of the belt according to the height, adjust the length of the belt according to the waist, buckle the belt。Adjust the pressure gauge to a position that is easy for the wearer to observe。
　　2, the quick connector is inserted, the air supply valve and the comprehensive cover should also be connected;For air respirators without quick couplings, the neck strap of the full cover should be hung around the neck。
　　3, the bottle valve switch open more than one circle, at this time there should be a loud alarm sound, indicating that the bottle valve has been filled with compressed air after opening;The pointer of the pressure gauge should also know the corresponding pressure。
　　4, wear a good full cover, take a deep breath, observe the pressure gauge after the air supply valve, if there is a swing, indicating that the opening volume of the valve switch is not enough, should be opened some more, know that the pressure gauge does not fall back。

　　After completing the above steps, the air respirator wearing has been completed, and the next step can be carried out。
